David is a partner with Kincaid, Taylor & Geyer where he has significant experience in real estate title transactions, family law, municipal law, estate planning and litigation, including representing oil and gas companies in transactional matters and landowner disputes. He earned a B.S., summa cum laude, at Muskingum University and his J.D. at Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 1993. David has spoken on many real estate title matters and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Muskingum County Bar Association (past Treasurer) and is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts of Ohio. David is also a title agent for First American and Ohio Bar Title.

David served as a Zanesville City Councilperson for over 19 years and currently serves as the Law Directory for the City of Zanesville and as the Solicitor for the Village of McConnelsville. David is married and has three children. He moonlights as a soccer coach and occasional drummer.
